1 Hour indoor trainer ride.  14′ work interval at approximately 250 watts with 1′ rest interval.  Average and max heart rates significantly lower than usual, combined with lower than usual RPE, indicates significant improvement.  This is near my goal of riding the full hour at this level of exertion before the start of next season.
